I am also proficient in providing Independent Legal Advice on Borrower Non-Proprietor Mortgages and Director Personal Guarantees, Form LL Verifications, and Statutory Declarations.
I have successfully managed remote legal functions for a UK finance lender. I have also managed a London property portfolio for 25 years.
